Welcome to Pangia Pass — unlimited mobile data connectivity across the globe! Please read these Terms & Fair Usage rules carefully. We've made them as clear and friendly as possible.
Questions? support@pangiapass.com
Important: Pangia Pass is more than data. It's global data (eSIM), plus optional phone numbers with calls, texts and voicemail, including porting in a number you already own.
1) Service Description & Requirements
Provider: Pangia Pass is a service of True AI Inc. (trading as Pangia Pass).
What you get: Unlimited eSIM mobile data in supported countries (check our coverage map before you travel).
Device compatibility: You need an eSIM-compatible device. By subscribing, you confirm compatibility. No refunds if your device doesn't support eSIM. If unsure, ask us before signing up: support@pangiapass.com.

- If you cancel during a trial, service ends immediately and any remaining trial days are forfeited.
- Limit one trial per customer.
How to cancel: You can cancel anytime in the Pangia app.
3) Fair Use Policy (Unlimited, with safeguards)
We're committed to truly unlimited data while keeping the network great for everyone.
What always works well (even under fair-use measures):
✅ Messaging, browsing, maps, email, and typical work tools should remain smooth and reliable.
What may be slower during speed optimizations:
⚠️ Streaming, video calls, and large downloads/uploads may be affected.
Usage patterns that may trigger temporary speed adjustments:
- Using the service like a fixed-line replacement (e.g., 24/7 streaming, heavy server activity).
- Sharing one eSIM across multiple users/devices.
- Automated/M2M traffic without prior approval.
Our approach: Supportive, not punitive. If we notice unusual usage, we'll send a friendly heads-up first — no surprise throttling.
4) Communication & Warnings
- If your usage spikes or runs unusually high early in a cycle, you may receive an email from Pangia Support.
- We keep it clear, positive, and human (not robotic telco spam).
- We avoid excessive messaging: at most one notice per day.
5) Account Security
- Don't share your login details.
- Use a strong password.
- Report suspicious activity right away.
6) Service Disruptions (Things Beyond Our Control)
Events such as natural disasters, global network outages, or even solar flares may impact service. If this happens, we'll keep you informed and work to restore normal service quickly.
7) Limitation of Liability
We strive for seamless connectivity, but disruptions outside our control can occur. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for consequential or special damages arising from service issues.
8) Privacy Policy

This section explains what personal data True AI Inc. (trading as Pangia Pass) collects, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run a mobile service, we use analytics and advertising measurement tools described below, we work with specialist providers who process data on our behalf, and we do not sell your personal data.
Pangia Pass is made up of three products, and each collects only what it needs:
- Global data. An eSIM that keeps your phone online wherever you are. Data only: no phone number attached, and no identity documents needed.
- Phone numbers. A real number for calls, texts, and voicemail. Because your number can reach the emergency services, US law requires us to hold a service address for it.
- Number porting. Bring the number you already own to Pangia. Transferring ownership of a number requires identity verification. We also verify identity when you get a new number.
If you only use global data, the parts below about calls, messages, and identity verification never apply to you.
What we collect and why
- Account details. Your email address, name, and phone number, plus your sign-in identity if you use a third-party sign-in option. We use these to create and secure your account and to reach you about your service.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Your card number goes directly to the processor and never touches our servers. We keep your subscription status, billing history, and limited fraud-prevention signals.
- Device and eSIM identifiers (such as EID, IMEI, and ICCID) and your device model, which are required to provision an eSIM.
- Usage records. How much data you use each day, your plan state, the fair-use status described in section 3, and the country and network you connect through. We do not log the websites you visit or the contents of your internet traffic.
- Device location. If you grant the app location permission, your location is used on your device to adapt the app to local conditions. It is not used to track you.
- Calls, messages, and voicemail. If you use Pangia calling and messaging features, we process call records (numbers, times, durations), message content, and voicemails in order to deliver them to you. Message content is stored encrypted. For US phone numbers we also collect a service address, which the law requires for emergency (E911) services.
- Identity verification for phone numbers. Getting a new number or transferring a phone number to Pangia requires identity verification by a specialist provider, which processes images of your government ID and a selfie, including biometric checks and legally required screening. The provider deletes the biometric data after 180 days; we keep the verification result.
- Analytics and diagnostics. We collect product analytics (screens viewed, taps, and product events, linked to your account once you are signed in) to understand how the app and website are used. In the app this is on by default and you can turn it off at any time in Profile. Crash reports are collected under a pseudonymous identifier.
- Emails we send include open and click tracking. Marketing email is sent only if you opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
- Support conversations, together with your account and subscription details, in our internal support tools.
Cookies and tracking on this website
- Analytics records page views, clicks, and errors.
- Advertising measurement. We share signup, checkout, and purchase events with the advertising platforms we run ads on, so we can measure whether our ads work. Ad-click identifiers from the link you arrived on are kept in a first-party cookie for 90 days.
- Referrals. If you arrive through an invite or affiliate link, that attribution is remembered in your browser for 60 days so the person who invited you gets credit.
- Infrastructure. Our hosting and content providers see your IP address as part of serving the page, as any web server does.
Who we share data with
We share personal data with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, each receiving only what its role requires. These fall into the following categories: payment processing, mobile connectivity and eSIM provisioning, telephony carriers, identity verification, cloud infrastructure and authentication, product analytics, customer relationship management, and website hosting. We also share the conversion events described above with advertising platforms for measurement, and we disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers listed here, for the purposes listed here, and where the law requires it. A current list of our providers is available on request at support@pangiapass.com.
How long we keep data
- Billing records: up to 7 years, as tax and accounting law requires.
- Product analytics events: 90 days.
- Biometric verification data: deleted by our verification provider after 180 days; the verification result is kept with your account. If you verified your identity to port a number, the verification result and the screening record are kept for 5 years after your account closes, as anti-money-laundering rules require, in a restricted archive.
- A record of your deletion request: for as long as we may need to show that the request was carried out. When you delete your account we keep the date you asked, the dates of the emails you sent us and the subject line of your request, and a copy of the confirmation we sent you. It contains no name, address or contact details.
- Everything else: kept while your account exists, then removed through the deletion process below.
Legal bases and international transfers (UK and EU)
If you are in the UK or EU, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (connectivity, numbers, billing, support), complying with legal obligations (tax records, emergency services, sanctions screening), and our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and improving it (fraud prevention, and the analytics you can switch off). Marketing runs only on your consent. Some of our providers process data in the United States and other countries outside the UK and EEA; those transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Beyond the choices above, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Your choices and rights
- Turn analytics off at any time in the app under Profile.
- Marketing email only ever arrives if you opted in, and you can opt out again anytime.
- Your first name is shown to people you invite only if you turn that on; it is off by default.
- Export a copy of your data, or delete your account, from within the app. Deletion has a short grace period in case you change your mind, then removes your data from our systems and instructs our providers to do the same, apart from the legally required retention above.
- For any privacy question or request, including anything you cannot do in the app, email support@pangiapass.com.
9) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We aim to resolve disputes amicably where possible; if not, U.S. courts have jurisdiction.
10) Termination & Suspension
- You may cancel anytime via your account.
- Paid subscriptions remain active until period end after cancellation.
- Trial subscriptions end immediately upon cancellation.
- We may suspend or terminate service for clear violations of the Fair Use Policy.
